Integrated Call Assistant (ICA) is a fully integrated, multi-featured automated attendant and intelligent recorded announcement device that routes calls through caller interaction with voice menu prompting.

ICA provides callers with easy 24-hour access to automated self-service menus, which speeds call processing by routing customers to vital decision-making information.
