If you have the family or group submailbox option, you can set up submailboxes and create separate passwords for each one. The submailbox owners can change their own password to keep the mailbox private.
Setting up a submailbox:
To set up your submailbox, first access the main mailbox using the main mailbox password.
- Press
on the main menu to select mailbox setup.
- Press
to select other options.
- Press
to select submailbox setup.
- Follow the prompts for setting up the submailbox. You will name the submailbox or its user, and create a first password.
- When you have finished, press

to return to mailbox setup.
Press again to return to the main menu.

Submailbox capabilities:
- Once a submailbox is set up, the owner can change the password and record a new greeting or personal verification name at any time, and also play messages which were deposited in the submailbox.
- If the submailbox owner forgets his/her password, the main mailbox owner can change it using submailbox setup.

- The preferred volume for the main mailbox and each submailbox can be individually adjusted through personal preferences in the mailbox setup menu.
